• Community/coaching/course inputs (if/when offered), such as posts, messages, form responses, and testimonials.
• Payment details (future features only): If paid features launch later, billing information will be processed by a PCI‑compliant provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

B. Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, referring/exit pages, time on site, and interactions with emails.
• Device & technical data: IP address, browser type/version, device identifiers, operating system, approximate location (derived from IP), date/time stamps.
• Cookies & similar technologies: see Cookies and tracking.

C. Information from third parties

• Service providers may provide aggregated or anonymized analytics (e.g., email open rates).
• Partners & affiliates may report that you visited or signed up through their link or code.

2) How we use information

• Provide and improve the Services, including delivering the free PDF and related emails, community/coaching/course access (if offered), and software features.
• Communicate with you about updates, education content, and (in the future) product or feature announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Security and abuse prevention, including detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, spam, and misuse.
• Compliance with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Use.
• GDPR For users in the EEA/UK, our legal bases include: performance of a contract (providing content you request), legitimate interests (site analytics, security, product improvements, communications), and consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies or email marketing).

We do not sell your Personal Information. We may share information as follows:

• Service providers: Hosting (e.g., Firebase Hosting), email delivery/CRM (e.g., a reputable email platform), analytics/metrics, customer support tools, and payment processors (for future paid features). These providers act on our behalf under contracts.
• Affiliates & partners: If you use a partner link or code, we may share minimal referral/attribution data.
• Legal and safety: To comply with law, legal process, or respond to lawful requests; to protect rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others.

We may share aggregated or de‑identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

• Analytics: helps us understand usage and improve the Services (e.g., page views, form events). Implemented via Firebase Analytics/GA4.
• Marketing: limited/none by default on this site; if enabled later, we will update this Policy and the preferences banner.

Consent Mode v2: We implement Google’s Consent Mode v2 signals. Until you consent, we set analytics storage to denied so measurement is limited and non‑essential tags are held back. If you consent, we switch to granted. You can change your choice anytime via the Cookie Preferences.

5) Your choices & rights

• Cookie/Consent Preferences: Use the Cookie Preferences control to grant or withdraw consent for analytics/marketing cookies.
• Email communications: Click “Unsubscribe” in any email or contact us (researchdesk@theothersidehustle.com).
• Access/Deletion/Correction: Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, deletion, or correction of your Personal Information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
• Do Not Track: Some browsers send DNT signals. We currently do not respond to DNT, but you can control cookies and consent as noted above.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after an update signifies your acceptance of the changes.
