2) What we provide
The Services include a free PDF with a mini‑calculator, educational emails, and may include or later add community features, coaching, courses, and software (including account creation). Certain features may be launched or changed over time.
3) Education‑only; no advice
All information is provided for educational and informational purposes only. We are not your financial advisor, broker/dealer, investment adviser, lawyer, or tax professional. Nothing in the Services is individualized advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, option, future, or financial product. Examples, strategies, and scenarios are illustrative only and may not be appropriate for you. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for seeking advice from qualified professionals.
4) No performance guarantees; risks
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee that any strategy, tool, or content will achieve any particular outcome.
5) Affiliates & third‑party links
We may include links to third‑party services (e.g., brokers, cards, software) and may receive compensation through affiliate relationships. Those third parties are not controlled by us and have their own terms and privacy practices. Your dealings with them are solely between you and the third party.
6) Ownership; license to you
All content in the Services—including the PDF, calculators, text, graphics, videos, software, courses, branding, and logos—is owned by The Other Side Hustle LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual‑property laws.
License: We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your own non‑commercial, personal use in accordance with these Terms.
No sharing: You may not share, repost, redistribute, upload, mirror, transmit, resell, sublicense, or make public the free PDF or any other content from the Services. You may link to our public webpages if you do not misrepresent us or suggest sponsorship.
7) Prohibited uses
- Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, publicly display, or publicly perform the Services or content (except as expressly allowed in Section 6).
- Repost or distribute the PDF or any gated/downloadable content.
- Engage in spam or unsolicited messages using information from the Services.

- Use the Services to provide competing or commercial training materials without our written permission.
8) Community, coaching, courses, and software
If we offer forums, coaching calls, chats, reviews, or software, you must follow all posted rules. We may remove content or suspend access for behavior we consider unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive. We may record or moderate community spaces to maintain quality and safety.
9) Testimonials and user content
If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, posts, images, or feedback (collectively, “User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content for any purpose (including marketing and product improvement) in any media now known or later developed, with or without attribution.
You represent that you own or have permission to share the User Content and that it is truthful and not misleading. We may edit for length, clarity, and style.
10) Accounts (future features)
If account creation is introduced, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11) Fees; refunds
The Services are currently free. If we later introduce paid features, pricing and billing terms will be presented in‑app or on the site. All purchases are final—no refunds.
12) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the Effective date above. Your continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
13) Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.
14) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free.
15) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE OTHER SIDE HUSTLE LLC OR ITS MANAGERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED US $100 (OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, IF GREATER). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES, THE LIMITATION APPLIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
16) Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Other Side Hustle LLC and its affiliates, officers, members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
17) Dispute resolution; binding arbitration; class‑action waiver
Please read this section carefully—it limits how disputes are resolved.
Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Boise, Idaho, and the proceedings will be conducted in English before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
No class actions: You and we agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or our individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person or preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Exclusive method: Arbitration is the exclusive means of dispute resolution, except that either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in an Idaho state or federal court to preserve the status quo pending arbitration, and to enforce an arbitral award.
Governing law: The U.S. Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Section. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.
18) International use
We make no representations that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. You access the Services on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
19) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any reason. Upon termination, the license granted to you in Section 6 terminates and you must stop using and delete any downloaded content.
20) Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our written consent. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remainder will remain in effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Section headings are for convenience only.
